Who we are

GH0STZERA (gh0stzera.com) is the website of the streamer gh0stzerafps. For anything about your data, write to business@gh0stzera.com.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, Kick, Discord or Twitch: that account's ID, your name, email address and profile picture as the provider shares them.

The sign-in tokens that provider issues (access and refresh tokens), kept with your account and deleted with it.

What you put on your page: display name, bio, links, images, video and audio you upload.

Your Kick subscription status for creators on this site, as Kick reports it to us, to unlock subscriber features. Kick reports each subscription (including what your subscriber badge shows in the chat of a creator) with only your Kick user ID and its end date, even before you sign in here; we keep just those two facts.

Basic technical data: page views on your page, and server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security for up to 30 days.

Why we use it

To run your account and your page (contract), to unlock subscriber features (contract), to keep the site safe and remove abuse (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and file storage) and Neon (database). Sign-in goes through the provider you choose. They process data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Deleting it removes your account, your linked sign-ins, your page, your uploads and your Kick subscription records. Subscription records are also deleted 90 days after the subscription ends. Security logs expire after 30 days.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent. Most of this is in Account settings; for anything else, write to business@gh0stzera.com.
